I thoroughly enjoyed my recent trip to Barcelona. By booking directly, I received a 5% discount and even received a welcoming glass of cava upon check-in. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed and luxurious toiletries from Rituals. There was plenty of storage space, a safe, and a daily supply of bottled water. As a tea drinker, I was a bit disappointed to only see a coffee machine, but the first night's cookies were a nice touch. The Wifi worked flawlessly and the staff was happy to provide free slippers and a bathrobe upon request. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the Gothic quarter and just steps away from the Cathedral and a metro station. Additionally, there are countless dining options nearby. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the breakfast as I opted to eat elsewhere. However, I did have a bit of trouble sleeping on the first night due to noisy street cleaners. I made a complaint through the hotel's app and to my surprise, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even moving me to a quieter room on a higher floor. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently located near the metro and just a short distance from the seafront. The best part, however, was the exceptional staff. They were all incredibly professional and always willing to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to unwind, and the bar on the ground floor was cozy and inviting. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem for our next visit to Barcelona.

Our stay at this centrally located hotel was truly incredible. Within a two-minute walk from the metro, we were able to easily explore the city. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warm smiles and offered a complimentary Prosecco or soft drink. Reception also had a selection of sweets, chocolates, tea, and coffee available for a quick sugar fix. Our room was ready for early check-in and we were provided with all the necessary information. Our room, located on the quieter side of the hotel, was well-equipped with the standard amenities including a safe, fridge, and hairdryer. We were pleasantly surprised to find a modern coffee machine with an abundance of coffee pods, as well as tea and biscuits. Additionally, two bottles of water were replenished daily, which was greatly appreciated after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with ample bottles of "Rituals" toiletries. The towels were changed daily as well. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were regularly changed. Breakfast, served from 7:30 to 10:30, was in the deceptively spacious main restaurant. While it can get busy at certain times, the selection of high-quality hot and cold food made it worth the wait. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city and had refreshments readily available. For hot days, there was even a small plunge pool. The bar and reception area had a perfect balance of comfort and efficiency. The entire staff, especially Genesis who provided helpful directions and recommendations such as Poblenou Beach, greeted us with a smile and were always willing to assist. Alvarez and Sonia were also very friendly and helpful. We would also like to extend our thanks to Michelle and Louise, who constantly worked tirelessly to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience. We highly recommend this centrally located H10 hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was centrally located near the popular attractions and lively atmosphere of the gothic quarter. We took a pleasant stroll in the morning to the harbor and Montjuic Castle. Though the beds were uncomfortably firm and the elevator was small and sluggish, the overall upkeep of the hotel was satisfactory. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the rooftop jacuzzi and bar would close early, which was a bit of a letdown. However, I imagine it would be a lovely spot to relax and admire the view on a sunny day with the available seating. The complimentary wifi was a nice touch, but it was quite slow.

👍 Located in the heart of Gothic Barre, this hotel was off to a fantastic start with 🍷🍷 complimentary glasses of wine upon arrival. The room was 💺 comfortable and spacious, while the breakfast was 👌 excellent. Even though it was January, the rooftop bar was a must-visit spot. Plus, the hotel's position across from Barcelona Cathedral made it super convenient to explore the charming Gothic Barre and lively La Ramblas areas. Highly recommend! 😊
