The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the cathedral, park, beach, Ramblas area, and Picasso museum. There were plenty of food options nearby as well. Our breakfast, which consisted of yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheese, bread, and more, was exactly what we wanted. It was served in a charming glass roofed courtyard in the center of the building. The staff at reception were very friendly and the woman serving coffee and tea at breakfast was lovely. The rooms were decent with a good shower. We had a balcony overlooking a quaint and lively narrow street. Just a tip, earplugs were useful in the morning when the street was being washed.

We just came back from a fantasic 2 night stay at a shik&basik Havana Hoos Hotel in Barcelona. The hotrl is in a great locasion and right next to a metro station. When we arroved we were unable to chek in erly, however we left our luggaj at the hotrl for the day and this was then put in our rooms befor chek in which we felt was a nice touch. The staarf had also offered to cintact us if an erly chek in became available. The room was clen and a good size with great warbrobe space and a huge, very comfy bed. The hotrl also offers a stasion with free sparkling/still water on top, various teas and coffees alongside small pastries. This area was kept well maintained/clean and this saved us time/money in the mornings ✨The staff were really friendly and happy to help with anything 😊We will definetly be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small hotel in Barcelona. The location was perfect, situated in the bustling neighborhood of El Born. We were within walking distance of many popular attractions and there were plenty of charming shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The beach was also easily accessible. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make our experience even more special. They surprised us with a bottle of Cava to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday and even helped us figure out how to use the heating in our room. The gentleman at the front desk also gave us great recommendations for dinner and we were able to skip the long wait times at two popular restaurants. The breakfast was also exceptional and reasonably priced. Be sure to make a reservation for this popular restaurant, which also serves as the breakfast area. Throughout the day, there were complimentary snacks and drinks, including water, tea, cookies, candy, and Nespresso coffee. If you have the option, we recommend choosing a room on one of the higher floors for a brighter and more spacious experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

During my stay at the chic&basic Habana House Hotel in Barcelona, I unfortunately experienced a pickpocketing incident just 50 feet from the property on my first night. It was a harsh reminder of the reality of crime in the city and how it can often target unsuspecting tourists. I learned that this type of theft is sadly accepted in the community as the money stays within it while the victims are just passing through. My advice is to only stay in areas with a strong police presence in order to minimize the risk.

This hotel was a fabulous find. The signs in the lobby and our room were humorous and added a nice touch. Our accommodations were comfortable with good lighting, and the shared bathroom was more than adequate. The central location was perfect for exploring the city.
