My family and I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for four nights. Our stay in the city was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly at the reception desk by a man named Juan Spina. He kindly provided us with information and advice for our first trip to Barcelona. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was always impeccably clean. We felt very safe, as only guests were allowed to enter the premises. Our room was bright and comfortable with blackout curtains for a restful sleep. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still within walking distance to the university metro station and just 15 minutes from Catalonia Square. We also appreciated the nearby bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our room was equipped with a kitchen that was cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff. Speaking of which, the housekeeping service was excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. We plan on returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff at this establishment for making our stay so enjoyable. Even when it was time to leave, they were happy to assist us with printing our boarding passes. I wish more places could provide the same level of quality service to their customers. Thank you once again.

During our family trip to Barcelona in Dec 2023, we stayed at a centrally located hotel with numerous dining choices nearby. Its convenient location also provided easy access to various buses and metro stations, making it the ideal area for us. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and we had a great overall experience. One minor issue was the absence of an electric kettle in the room, which meant we had to purchase coffee. We're unsure if this is a common practice in Barcelona or Spain.

During our trip to Barcelona, we had the pleasure of staying at a hotel from the 13th to the 18th. We arrived early in the morning after disembarking from our cruise ship, and although check-in wasn't until later, the hotel staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage so we could explore the city immediately. They were professional, well-informed, and friendly, providing us with helpful tips on using the Metro and recommending great restaurants in the area. The room itself was lovely and always kept clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again. Thank you for the great experience. -John.

My partner and I had a pleasant experience during our recent trip. The location was ideal, surrounded by numerous dining options and convenience stores, giving off a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were warm and accommodating. The pool area surpassed our expectations despite some mixed reviews. The property boasts modern facilities such as a spacious lounge, 24-hour reception, and room service. Our room was well-lit and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Although we did not utilize the kitchen, it was equipped with the necessary amenities. We found the sofa in the lounge and sofa bed to be less than comfortable, but it was manageable for our child. Our room faced the back of the hotel, providing a peaceful environment. Unfortunately, the noise from other guests slamming doors and running around until the early hours of the morning disrupted our sleep for four out of the seven nights. The hotel staff did their best to address the issue, but the inconsiderate guests were too intoxicated to cooperate. Hopefully, this was a rare occurrence. The room was serviced daily, and the air conditioning was in working order, which was greatly appreciated during the hot and humid weather. Although the layout of the toilet and shower did not offer much privacy, it was not an issue for our family. However, I can see how it could be problematic for those traveling with friends or older children. Overall, this hotel is a great value for the price and boasts a prime location. We would consider staying here again.

The photos proved to be a fairly accurate representation of the property. Though some rooms could have used a touch-up, they still provided a comfortable and practical stay. Though with the window open there was some street noise, it was generally a quiet place to be. The staff went above and beyond when the safe was stuck open upon arrival. They stayed and worked with us until it was resolved, rather than leaving it until the next day. Although there wasn't really a way to heat up water, there was some interesting kitchenware provided such as a colander and a large pan. Unfortunately, there were only two of each item despite the room being able to accommodate four people. Cooking was not the goal, but it still would have been nice to have had the resources.
