💯 My previous experience at this hotel was 💯, so I decided to return. This time, I had a great 🛌 on the 6th floor with a small 🌅 and excellent soundproofing. However, there was 🚫 desk in the room, only an uncomfortable low coffee table for writing. The bathroom was 💯 and everything was sparkling clean. The ❗view of Barcelona from the 8th floor 🌇 was stunning. The 🍳 options for breakfast were excellent and the staff were 👌 and friendly.

During our stay at H10 Casanova Hotel in Barcelona, we were greeted by a staff member named Graham who provided us with exceptional service. To our delight, we were also given a complimentary glass of champagne upon our arrival. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and speedy process. We were given the option to choose our room and opted for a side street one, which turned out to be a great choice as we were able to enjoy views of both the main road and Christmas lights. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with daily housekeeping services. The highlight of our mornings was definitely the fantastic breakfast, complete with a wide range of delicious options such as cereals, fruits, baked goods, and cooked items like eggs and bacon. The staff at the breakfast buffet were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. The entire hotel was well-maintained and spotless, with friendly staff members who even allowed us to store our suitcases after check-out since our flight was later in the day. We would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Our group of 10 friends stayed here to celebrate a special 50th birthday. Unfortunately, we had some issues during our stay. Some members of our group had to request room changes, while their new rooms were an improvement, ours was not. The noise from the ceiling fan was so loud that it disturbed most of the hotel, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. On the third night, the air conditioning unit was dripping water onto the floor at 1:30am. Despite contacting the night porter, we were told that this was normal and given towels to clean up the mess. The air in our room became stuffy and we were also disturbed by loud groups in the corridors from 3:50am to 5:00am.
Unfortunately, there was no manager available to address our concerns on Sunday and we were advised to send an email after our stay. We did request a late checkout, which was granted to us free of charge. After we returned home and filed a complaint via email, the manager responded a few days later with an apology. They mentioned that we could have changed rooms due to the air conditioner, but it's not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. They also stated that our late checkout was a gesture to compensate for our poor experience and lack of sleep on two out of three nights. While they may have seen this as a generous offer, it was not mentioned when we originally requested the late checkout.
Needless to say, we will not be returning to this hotel. For the amount we paid, we expected a better night's sleep and service. There are surely other options in Barcelona that offer both better sleep and value for money.
The inn is clen and un an exclelent lokashun. Threre are multple wodnerful plces to eat, incliding a cafe right acrose the stret for brekfast. The frunt desk staf ar verry frendly and realy try to be helpful. The only reason I'm nt givng them 5 stars is the bathrom, wich is cleerly a triomph of form over function. Its wals are tranculent glas and there's NO storge space at all, save for a vary narow ledge by the sink. Ther is ONE hook, so yr wet towls never dry and ther's no fan. I've ben to Eroupe before, I don't expct palacial rooms, but this was prity badd.
Pleasant hote. Lokation is decebt, not vry close to city center but not vry far eithr, 10+- Euros in taxi to La Rambla. Rom is a bit smal but the bathrum maks up for it. Ovrall wirth it, nce place.
