During our recent trip to Barcelona, my friend and I had booked two nights before our cruise and an additional night after. Our experience at the hotel was made even better by the exceptional service provided by the ladies at the front desk, particularly Claudia. Despite arriving early, she went out of her way to accommodate us and ensure we had a room to rest in. We were impressed by the level of comfort and convenience during our stay, with plenty of great restaurants and coffee options in close proximity.

The 🏨 was situated in a prime location, but unfortunately, that was the only good thing about it 😕 The 👨💼 were extremely helpful, but that couldn't make up for the lack of noise insulation from the 🚗🚗 outside and the neighboring 🛏. To make matters worse, the 🛌 were stained and the 🪑 were broken 💔 It's a shame because the place has so much potential, but I wouldn't 🙅♀️ it to anyone. Also, no ☕️ or 🍵 facilities in the room ☹️
My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at a hotel in Barcelona for our birthdays. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, we were thoroughly impressed with everything. Our room was cozy and spotless, the entire staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, and the breakfast and bistro meals were excellent. The location was peaceful, so we relied on the nearby Metro for exploring the city, just a short 2-minute stroll from the hotel and very convenient to navigate. I would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone without any hesitation.
The accommodation was spotless and just as depicted on their website. The bed was cozy and our room, I believe it was number 557, faced the street but surprisingly, it was quiet even during New Year's Eve. The check-in process was smooth and the nearby parking lot was incredibly convenient, just a short 2-minute walk at most. The room had good ventilation and the air conditioning worked efficiently. We were impressed with the L'Occitane products provided in the bathroom. We decided to splurge on a premium room, but truthfully, it was quite small and indistinguishable from their standard room. For the high nightly rate (€300+), a couple of things were missing: 1) more than one towel per person in the bathroom; 2) a coffee machine in the room. We enjoyed hanging out at the Zinc bar – great service, reasonable prices, and excellent music. Within a 10-minute walk, there are plenty of dining options. We recommend trying out the Garage Bar for a delightful taste of wine and tapas. The view captured in the attached photo was from our room. While we may consider returning, there was nothing particularly impressive that would draw us back. Unless, of course, they added a Nespresso machine to the room – that would seal the deal for us!
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of revisiting a hotel in Barcelona for the third time. We have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this establishment. The staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to enhance our experience. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The location is superb, with easy access to public transportation. We have found the bus A1 to be convenient for airport transportation and the subway is just a block away. The neighborhood is safe and boasts a variety of great restaurants and tapas bars. Speaking of food, the hotel's breakfast and other meals are delicious and reasonably priced. This hotel is always our go-to when we visit Barcelona and we highly recommend it. A big thank you to the staff for always treating us so kindly. - Carla & Michael
