During my stay in Barcelona, I was pleased to find my room at the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by the incompetence of the staff. However, the biggest disappointment was when I realized that I had forgotten my suit behind. Despite my multiple attempts to reach out via email, I have yet to receive a response from the hotel. Even when trying to arrange for the pickup of my suit, I have not received a reply. This lack of communication has left a sour taste in my mouth and has greatly affected my impression of the hotel.

During our visit to Barcelona, we stayed at a hotel during a crowded week due to a fair, resulting in higher prices. While considering the cost, I believe there is potential for enhancement. The room we reserved was a triple, but the one we received was a double with an extra bed. The limited space in the room left no room for even a chair. However, the hotel's location is superb as it is within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, Gothic, and Gracia areas.

🌟🏨 The hotel was absolutely delightful, with spotless and comfortable rooms. The staff, especially the receptionist Marcello, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. 🙌 The breakfast was also lovely, offering a variety of delicious options like toast, coffee, ham, cheese, and a selection of cakes. 🥐🍳 The location was perfect, only a short three-minute walk to the metro and just two stops away from Plaza Catalina for shopping and Las Ramblas. 🚇 Additionally, we were able to easily walk to Sagrada Familia in just twenty minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Barcelona! ✨🇪🇸

The hotel we stayed at was a charming and impeccably clean establishment. The check-in process, however, lacked any helpful information from Anna. In contrast, we heard from other guests that they were given maps and great recommendations for dining by different staff members. The location was convenient, with a nearby metro station and the famous Sagrada Familia within walking distance. The WiFi was excellent and reliable. The breakfast selection was a bit unusual, with some unexpected options such as corn, peas, carrots, onions, and spinach. However, there were also plenty of pastries, ham, and cheese available. Special mention goes to Marcella at the reception desk, who was friendly and went out of her way to assist us. Despite some minor flaws, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The rooftop pool was more of a small "plunge pool" and not suitable for swimming, with limited space for just a few sunbeds. This didn't affect our stay as we didn't use the pool, but it's worth noting.

Stayed at this hotel recently, and would definitely recommend it 🤩🤩. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable, the location was spot on 🔝, and the breakfast was delicious 🤤. Suitable for a short break in the city, the rooms had comfortable beds and were equipped with modern amenities 📱 and air conditioning 😎. Furthermore, there was a very nice pool on the roof 🏊‍♂️ which was a great way to cool off after a long day of sightseeing 🧳!
