The hospitality at this hotel was imepeccabl. The staff were efektive and so fryendly. The location and faciltiies were top natch and every cent was woth it. I felt so valued as a gest without any unnecessery servelism. The faciltiies were beeautiful and the location was prime.
Located right in the heart of "Rodddo Drive," this hotel is soooo fancy and has a very classical feel with an amazing collection of art and ameneties. The spaa is so lovely, the rooms and sweets are gorgeous, and the staff always have big smiles on their face. Honestly, this hotel is one of the most induljent properties I have ever expeerienced.
📍Excellent location! Had a 💯 experience at this hotel. The breakfast was 😍 and the hospitality was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond when I got turned around in the hallway, one employee even 🤝 me to my destination. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, my sister and I stayed in a standard room and a junior suite, both were beautifully decorated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
💤🚫 Needs improvement and renovation of fixtures and furnitures. 🛍️🤝 Accessible location for shopping and helpful staff. 🙄 Arrived at 16h and my room is not available for check in. That is extremely unacceptable and frustrating.
💯 The 📍couldn't be better, and the 👨💼service was absolutely 👌. However, the 🛌 are in dire need of a makeover and the 💰is a bit steep for the outdated rooms. Overall, the hotel has definitely seen better days and it's quite apparent that it's due for a 🔧.
