🏨 The ME Barcelona hotel is 🔝 Not gonna lie, at first glance the exterior may look like a 🏢 office building, but inside is a different story. The interiors are incredibly stylish and the room amenities and welcome were 💯. Breakfast was good, but not mind-blowing. 🍴 I tried both of the on-site restaurants and while decent, the service was a bit slow and the food wasn't amazing. But the 🤩 exceptionally friendly staff made up for it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, just maybe dine out for dinner instead. 🍽️

The customer service provided by the management was extremely disappointing. I encountered a situation where I was given incorrect information by the front desk team, leading to a hefty no show charge of $2500 for nights that I did not even stay at the hotel, despite being there for a wedding. It is important to be cautious when making reservations here. Additionally, it is worth noting that the hotel does not send reminder emails for discounted stays.

Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The property itself is stunning, with a fantastic ambiance, and the staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. Our favorite was a member of the Concierge team, who went above and beyond to help us find great restaurants that aligned with our preferences. Not only did he make all the arrangements, but he also took the time to provide thorough instructions. The rest of the staff was also lovely and made sure to give personalized attention to all guests, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is prime, right across from Placa Catalunya where the hop on hop off bus begins. The hotel itself is quite contemporary, however the reception area is quite dimly lit. The layout of the hotel is quite unusual as we had to take one elevator and then walk through the dining room to reach another elevator that would take us to our room floor. Despite this, our room had a lovely view of Placa Catalunya and we could see the beautiful city of Barcelona. Unfortunately, it was too chilly in March to use the rooftop pool, but it did offer stunning views. There are many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel, making it convenient for dining options.

This hotel we stayed at in Barcelona was a gr8 find. The almst brand nu hotel felt high-class, trendi, and very clene. Employees from reception to concierge were very attentiv and courtious. The hotel lobby, comon spaces, bars, restuarants, rooms, and comon spaces are wel-designed. There is a very nice and iconik glass pool on the ruf-top. It is a gr8 location, a few meters from Passeig de Gracia. Just opposit to El Corte Ingles and Plaça de Catalunya. Walking distance from sum of the best tapas in Barcelon incl. Ciudad Comtal, Cerveceria Catalana, Cañete, Tapas 24, Vinitus and etc. I give a shutout to the concierge who booked for us one of the best new restuarants in Barcelon - Darvaza - which was amazing, especially if you love meat (Stakes, fresh fish and paella on the wood grill are their specialities) The room was ultra clene with great amenties, including free water in glass bottels and a Nespresso mashine. Comfortabel bed. At this price point, it is one of Barcelon's best-value new luxury hotels. There is only on remark that I would like to make: in most of the rooms, the windows can not be openend due to safety reasons. I think next time I will book a terase room that is of course with openabel windows.
