Our stay in Barcelona was 👌🏼 thanks to this 🏨. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city. The 💁♂️ were all friendly and had great recommendations. The room was always clean and the breakfast was 😋. I can't recommend this hotel enough for your visit to Barcelona!
This was a special occasion for me and overall it was a wonderful hotel. However, upon arrival we were disappointed to find that the rooms were not set up as twin as we had requested, and to top it off, the phone in the room was not working. After a long day of traveling, it was a bit of a disappointment that the room wasn't prepared correctly at this upscale hotel, and it took some time to resolve the issues. Despite this initial hiccup, the rest of our stay was fantastic. The room itself was beautiful with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom sink was a bit unconventional, but we got used to it. The small touches like a bottle of wine upon arrival and a birthday card and chocolate for me on my special day were much appreciated. The staff were incredibly accommodating, assisting us with booking shows and tours without any hesitation. The breakfast was satisfactory with a good variety of choices and table service. The location of the hotel is superb, situated in the new part of town with numerous restaurants and shopping options within walking distance, as well as plenty of sights to see. A short 10 euro taxi ride is all it takes to reach the old town. Overall, it was a great hotel and an excellent experience.
I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for one night in mid-December 2023. The nightly rate was approximately 200 EUR and included breakfast. This hotel was considered a "design hotel" and the interior was designed with a lot of polished concrete, glass, and steel. If you appreciate this type of aesthetic, there will be plenty for you to admire. The room itself was spacious, although lacking a luggage rack and separate toilet. However, it did have a large walk-in shower, writing desk, mini-bar, and coffee machine. The courtesy set was from a local, environmentally friendly brand and was appropriately understated. The breakfast buffet was quite generous and offered options for various nationalities.
The hotel's biggest perk is its location. It is situated in a charming, leafy suburb with many local shops, as well as a wide selection of fantastic restaurants - including a Michelin 1-star and high-end Japanese option on-site. One of the best bakeries in the city is conveniently located right around the corner. For those who love food, you will have no shortage of options for at least a week! I also dined at a restaurant called Windsor just across the street and I highly recommend it. La Rambla and Sagrada Familia are only a 25-minute walk away and the metro (Diagonal) is just two blocks east. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I must also mention that there were very few drawbacks - the only notable one being that parking was not included, but for a fee of 37 EUR per day, they were more than happy to take care of it for me. Unfortunately, I did not have time to check out the lap pool on the top floor or the gym, but they seemed like great amenities. Overall, for a stay in central Barcelona, this hotel was exactly what I needed.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel exceeded our expectations! 😍 The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was a wonderful surprise, even in the winter. 🌊 And the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. 😋 The location was perfect - walking distance to fantastic shops and restaurants. We had a peaceful night's sleep in a quiet room. We are already planning our return! 😉
My partner and I chose this hotel for our weekend visit to Barcelona and to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. I had arranged for the "experience team" to surprise him with decorations, cake, Cava, and even photos of us that I had sent through email. They hung the photos from the balloons in our room, which was a lovely surprise upon our arrival. The hotel was exceptional in every aspect. It had a peaceful atmosphere, which was a welcomed escape from our four kids back home! The reception staff were exceedingly helpful, always providing recommendations and guiding us through our sightseeing plans. The rooms were luxurious with comfortable beds and pillows. The overall decor was impressive and provided every comfort we could have desired. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the ideal location near high-end shops and easy access to the metro. Despite visiting in December, the rooftop pool was a perfect temperature. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making our New Year's and birthday celebrations extra special.
