Sir Victor Hotel, part of Sircle Collection
About
Magnificent design rooms
All the expertise of the "SIRCLE Collection" group is concentrated in this hotel to satisfy the international jet set as well as the local gotha. Sir Victor Hotel (formerly OMM Hotel) is ideally located on the corner of Passeig de Gracia and not far from Gaudi's Pedrera, which can be seen from the terrace.
Some people only go there for its famous Mister Porter's restaurant. We loved its striking façade, its magnificent, comfortable designer rooms, its swimming pool on the roof terrace facing the Pedrera, its spa and its famous new-look hairdressing salon... It's an atmosphere that's hard to leave...

During my recent visit to Barcelona, I chose to stay at a hotel that was previously unfamiliar to me. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately impressed by its prime location which made it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff at the hotel, including those at the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast, Restaurant, and Spa, were all exceptional and very hospitable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, including the egg florentine and sliced tomatoes with olive oil on bread. The homemade veggie breads were a unique and tasty addition. The layout of the breakfast set-up was also impressive and the self-made juices and fruits were a refreshing touch. I also indulged in a massage during my stay which was incredibly relaxing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that I absolutely loved - a common thread amongst all of the hotels in this particular collection. In fact, on the day of my arrival, I couldn't resist taking a long "siesta" to fully enjoy the comfort of the bed. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this hotel.
The hotel boasts impressive design elements and a prime location. However, the room felt cramped and inadequate for a five-star establishment. Unfortunately, the staff did not make us feel particularly welcomed or assisted, even though we hold a high status with Marriott. They did not provide any information about the hotel's amenities or introduce us to the facilities. Despite requesting a late check-out several times, we were met with reluctance and were only given confirmation after we personally reached out to the front desk just 10 minutes before our designated check-out time. The spa facilities were enjoyable, but we were surprised to find out that we needed to schedule appointments for the sauna and pool. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but it fell short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel.
The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised when the staff gave us a thoughtful birthday gift during our stay. The experience was wonderful. The only suggestion I have is for the bathrobe to be more traditional, as people usually expect a thick white one.
Our recent 5-night stay at this hotel in Barcelona surpassed all our expectations. The lobby area was impeccable and we were greeted with a glass of cava upon arrival. The breakfast options were excellent, ranging from a quick cup of coffee to a full buffet. The rooftop pool/bar/restaurant with views of Casa Mila was simply breathtaking. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the top tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to provide helpful advice. Although we didn't get to use it, the guest gym was well equipped. Our room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. However, the view from our balcony was disappointing as it overlooked other apartment buildings. We did appreciate the fantastic shade system, offering options for filtered light or complete blackout. The bathroom setup was a bit unconventional, with a separate toilet closet and the sink/shower area located in the bedroom. The room also had a spacious desk area and a comfortable sitting area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying at this hotel brand in other locations.
