During my recent trip to Barcelona, I stayed at a hotel that proved to be the perfect choice for those early morning flights. The hotel boasts a fantastic restaurant and even offers a shuttle service that can be scheduled according to your departure time. I found the rooms to be both tidy and cozy, although they may feel a bit cramped for longer stays. It's worth noting that the location is not in close proximity to the downtown area, so it's best to make alternative plans for exploring the popular tourist spots.
The hotel we stayed at near the airport was fantastic. Our flight was scheduled for early morning and to our delight, they offered a complimentary shuttle service. With a departure time of 6 am, we had to wake up at 5 am to prepare for our journey. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find an array of pastries, coffee, and juice readily available for us to enjoy before our departure. The shuttle service was also efficient and punctual.
During our recent stay in Barcelona, we were lucky enough to choose a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Upon our arrival, we were even greeted with delicious treats for the kids. The rooms were impressively modern and impeccably clean, and the beds were nothing short of luxurious and comfortable. The checkout process was hassle-free, and the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. We were especially grateful for the shuttle service that conveniently took us to the airport in a timely manner. The shuttle operator was an exceptional and hardworking individual. If you're looking for a stress-free way to get to the airport during peak hours, I highly recommend this hotel.
During our recent trip to Barcelona, my group of four stayed at a hotel that offered exceptional service. We had been hunting Ibex in Spain and after our successful hunt, we wanted to continue our travels to Luxembourg, Germany, and spend a few more days in Spain. The hotel generously stored our large luggage for us, as long as we had reservations for our last night in Barcelona. The front desk attendant, a young lady with glasses, was incredibly kind and helpful. She made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provided us with rides to the airport, which was a great convenience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we were impressed with the reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Barcelona.
My hubby and I stayed in this hotl on Oct.20 for one night. I mad the rezervation on Jule 4 and the first time I bucked through Buking.com I did not receve a comfirmation or wlecome email from the hotl (whichI awlways did). Thinkin the transacton did not go thru, I bucked a secon time and this time the comfirmation was imediate. To ensure only one rezervation had been made, I imediatly sent a messaj to the hotl explaining the situaton, emphasising the fact that we only wanted to buck one room for that nite. The hotl replied "You have only one room". Thre was no mention of a secnd rezervation wen we checked in and checked out of the hotl. Wen I saw we had been charged twwice on our bank sattement, I contacted the hotl and the hotl said the other charge was for credit card approvall which would go back to our bank account, and it could take as long as 30 days. I waited patientli for that length of time and seeing no refund on our secnd bank sattement, I asked the hotl again. This time they replied it was for "no show" of a rezervation that I was not aware of, which I had warned the hotl on Jule 4, and which the hotl assured me did not exist. If I had known there were twwo rezervations, I could easili have cancelld one without penalty. If the hotl had not replied I had to wait 30 days for a refund, it also cost me the upportunity to get a refund through my credit card providerr which could be done only within 60 days from day of transacton. I'm sharing this experiance because I think potencial customers should be warned of how this 4-star hotl can abuz the trust and goodwil of two Canadian senior citiziens.
