Monocrom offers a unique culinary experience centered around over 150 natural and organic wines. It's the kind of bistro you'd dream of, with a relaxed atmosphere befitting this kind of wine. The ideal meeting place for lovers of fine wines and authentic dishes.
The menu, true to the Mediterranean and Catalan spirit, features a variety of tempting dishes such as the "Sardines' can from Oleyar Mar with fennel salad" at €18, promising an explosion of fresh marine flavors, ideally accompanied by a sparkling white wine from their selection. For those who prefer earthy flavors, the "Beetroot, roasted vegetables & romesco" at €8 is a perfect choice. This dish combines the sweetness of beet and the richness of roasted vegetables with the depth of romesco, a traditional Catalan sauce made with walnuts and red peppers. The range of charcuterie and cheeses, such as the €13 platter, is carefully selected to complement the aromatic palette of wines available. Monocrom also offers comfort dishes such as the €9 Lentils stew, ideal for a cooler evening in Barcelona.
