And since it is necessary to make beer, they may as weel do things properly that is a natural beer, not filtered, not pasteurized, containing the best possible ingredients generally produced locally… After it is nothing any more but a story of alchemy and imagination. Up to you to discover their seasonal creations like: La Debutante, Black Mirror, El Importador, Sandía Wheat, 50/50...
Blacklab is not only a brewhouse but also a restaurant where Asia and America are honored: Dim Sum (4€), Ramen (9.9€), soups, salads and hamburgers (8 and 14€).
