Hotel El Palace Barcelona

I had a 👏 stay recently and was blown away by the amazing service from the staff, specifically Sergi 🤩 He welcomed us with open arms and always remembered our names. The beds were 💤 and the rooms were soundproof, making for a restful night. The concierge was also 🙌 and accommodating. The only drawback was the 🌬 on the terrace, but it didn't take away from the incredible experience overall. Would definitely recommend for a luxurious and 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stay!

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. An unforgettable evening spent at the top of the hotel, with attentive waiters, delectable cuisine, and breathtaking views. The cozy ambiance only added to the overall experience, making it truly special. We felt welcomed and taken care of by the amazing staff, almost as if we were at home. A truly memorable experience near the clouds.

This hotel boasts a charming, old-world atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond, effortlessly catering to every aspect of the guest's stay. The hotel seamlessly combines the grandeur of a renowned, historic hotel with modern comforts. Along with our peaceful and luxurious room adorned with blooming geraniums on the windowsill, the hotel offers a variety of amenities. The Amar Restaurant, Bluesman Lounge, rooftop pool, and breakfast conservatory all provided exceptional experiences for guests. The hotel's location just north of the Gothic Barri adds to its appeal. The concierge was easily able to arrange tickets for us to visit the many outstanding architectural structures and museums.

On my recent visit to Barcelona, I had the pleasure of returning to a hotel that I have stayed at before. I must say, this time was even more enjoyable than the last. I noticed that they were making some upgrades to the bathrooms, which had a significant impact on the overall experience. I would like to give special recognition to two individuals who provided exceptional service - one at the front desk, Sergio, and another in the hall, Fabio. During our stay, we dined at a charming and delicious restaurant called El Chalet - a must-try. I am already looking forward to my next visit, hopefully next year. My sincerest appreciation to the entire staff for making our stay so wonderful.

My mother and I recently spent 4 nights at a hotel in Barcelona and had a truly memorable and unforgettable time. The hotel was excellent in every sense of the word, with great attention to detail and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly professional and made us feel right at home. From the doorman's friendly greeting at the entrance to the elegant decor and delightful fragrance throughout the hotel, we were thoroughly impressed. Special thanks to the staff at the Hall and El Jardín restaurants for their superb service and delicious meals accompanied by live piano music. The manager of El Jardín even took the time to share interesting facts about the region's history. Our room service experience on Monday evening was also fantastic. The entire team at the hotel exuded warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for their work, making our stay even more enjoyable. We are already planning to return and try out the AMAR restaurant and rooftop bar. The only area for potential improvement would be the bathrooms, which could use some renovations. We have heard that this is already in the works, which we are looking forward to as it will enhance the overall experience for guests. Keep up the good work!
