As a frequent visitor to Barcelona, I wanted to share my experience at this hotel. Despite having to stay at a different hotel during my last trip due to refurbishments, I have stayed at this particular hotel three times and have always been impressed. The highlight for me is the beautiful rooftop pool, providing a relaxing escape from the bustling city. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with great bars and restaurants within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel welcomed me back after six months, showing their genuine care for their guests. As someone who has been to Barcelona multiple times for work and stayed at various hotels, I can confidently say this is one of the better ones.
💰 We booked the top rooms in 💥Barcelona and were let down 💔 Big time. The bedrooms were 👎🏼 - tired, dull, and 🥴. The photo gallery on their website is misleading 😒 and I'll prove it 📸 with pictures of stains, gaps, and falling trims 👀. Either renovate these rooms or 💸 should be reduced - we felt ripped off 💸 paying €150 per night for this 🙁 room.
This was our second visit to this hotel and we were once again impressed. The hotel's location is ideal - just a short 6-minute stroll to Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla. Our room on the seventh floor (room number withheld) was fantastic - spacious, spotless, and cozy with a lovely view of C. de Pelai. The staff, from the reception to the breakfast buffet to housekeeping, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views of Barcelona and is the perfect spot to unwind during lunch. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch, with a diverse selection of delicious options that were constantly replenished. Overall, our stay here was nothing short of marvelous and we highly recommend it as a must-stay for anyone visiting Barcelona.
I regret to say that our attempt to reserve a room for our June vacation was unsuccessful. Despite reaching out via email and specifically inquiring about disability accommodations, we were continuously directed to the hotel's website, which failed to address our concerns. It seems we will have to look elsewhere for our stay.
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and would definitely choose it again. The location is unbeatable for a stay in Barcelona, and the rooms are always kept clean and well-maintained. The beds are also very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
