BYPILLOW House

We had an amazing experience from the very start. Before our arrival, we were sent an email with accurate directions and detailed information about the surrounding transport, restaurants and attractions. We were even given details of a local police station in case of an emergency, which was really thoughtful. The rooms were so cosy, and the air conditioning was perfect. The hotel was just a 5-minute walk away from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, we had free tea and coffee in our room - what more could you want! The staff were so friendly and even offered to help us plan our days in Barcelona. We were even allowed to check out an hour and a half later, for only €10 - we will definitely return here next time we visit Barcelona!

I had a wonderful stay at House by Pillow. It is a short walk away from the Maragall metro station and the staff was extremely helpful. When I arrived I was sent an email with a lot of useful information which made it very easy to find my way around. The room was very clean and cosy and there was even complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The staff went above and beyond to help me plan my visits and had a late check-out and luggage storage available. Highly recommend staying here!

The breakfast is good, with many choices.

We had an amazing stay at House by Pillow. The staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect - it's very close to the city centre and to public transport such as the metro and bus. Plus, the young lady at reception was incredibly friendly and had so many tips on what to do and see in the city. The breakfast was also excellent, with lots of options to choose from. Highly recommended.

This small hotel was great for a one night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony door to let in some fresh air. The amenities were good - a heater and air con, bottle of water and coffee making facilities and a flat screen TV. Not a place you would hang out, but there were a few small restaurants nearby if you wanted a bite to eat. All round, good value for money.

We finally found House by Pillow after a long day of travelling. We booked a 3-bed room, but when we arrived, we were given 4 beds! We unpacked our bags and settled in, as we were staying for 2 nights. Later that evening, we went out for dinner and were surprised to get a phone call from the hotel, informing us that we had been given the wrong room. We quickly finished our meal and returned to the hotel to pack all our stuff and move to the correct room. While the apartment was clean, we won't be coming back here again.
