👌 My experience at this hotel was absolute perfection! The hotel staff were super 😊 and always willing to lend a hand. The room was immaculately clean 🧼 and we were provided with fresh towels every day! ☕ The complimentary coffee and water were also a nice touch. The best part? The location! 🌊 Only a short 10-minute walk to the beach, making it the perfect spot to explore Barcelona's beauty. I 💯 recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back. Wishing them all the success! 🤞
During my recent trip to Barcelona, I stayed at a hotel that was modern, clean and quiet. It also had a stunning rooftop pool that was perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and the beach. Overall, it was a great place to combine leisure and business.
PROS- nice bed CONS- active construction sites, either side. 08:00-18:00 Absolutely, no communication about possible noise disruption. Poor attempt to rectify the rude awakening at 08: 30 from heavy machinery foundation pilling. Moved to executive room with stained walls and mould in the shower. Star attraction the roof top pool out of use for duration of our stay 3 days. Management excuse “it's out of our control”. Unacceptable management of the hotel's facilities.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with two of my friends in a very comfortable triple room. The personnel were helpful and friendly from the get-go, and even went the extra mile when I fell ill, fetching medication from a nearby pharmacy and getting me medical help. They truly went above and beyond, and I am very grateful. The neighbourhood was attractive, as there were plenty of shops and eateries close by, and there was a pool on the roof terrace too. The restaurant in the hotel served outstanding cuisine--I especially loved the iberian steak which I had twice. A truly memorable experience.
I am growing weary of this place not getting its act together. Despite all the good qualities, such as a friendly staff, a decent breakfast, a great lounge for both work and relaxation, and comfortable rooms, it is clear that someone has stopped investing in this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times, and still there are some ridiculous problems. There is an unreliable internet connection that is not fast or efficient enough. Then the housekeeping staff have to use the guest elevators, which are often full of trolleys. It is random if a room will have a fridge or mini bar, and all non-local channels do not work. For my third visit in six weeks, the same issues remain. I am due to come back here soon, but I’m not optimistic that any improvements have been made. It’s really such a shame.
