During our stay, we were impressed by the tasteful decor and excellent amenities of the accommodation. Its location was also ideal for exploring the city of Barcelona. While the neighborhood is currently undergoing some changes, we were not inconvenienced in any way. The public transportation options, including the metro, tram, and bus, made it easy for us to get around. Additionally, there were plenty of interesting places to visit within walking distance. Our room was cozy and comfortable, making our stay all the more enjoyable.
During my stay, I found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is situated just opposite the mall in a quieter area, yet still within reasonable distance from the beach. The decor adds a pleasant touch to the overall atmosphere. My only disappointment was that the rooftop had restricted operating hours. I do hope to return during the summer season to experience it fully.
Conveniently located near the airport and accessible with just one switch on the red L1 line, this hotel boasts a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Tucked away near the metro, it provides a sense of local charm and a reassuring safety away from the tourist scene. As expected from a Hoxton establishment, the room and bathroom were spacious, with pillows that felt like soft marshmallows. Despite the chilly weather, we were able to enjoy a glass of wine and some tapas from the hotel's bodega while lounging by the pool on the rooftop. The views from up there were simply breathtaking, offering a panorama of Barcelona including the Sagrada Familia and the beach. The prices for food and drinks are reasonable, which led us to indulge a little more at the bar area. This was my second stay at this hotel and I look forward to returning again in the future.
The employees at the reception were extremely friendly and provided us with helpful suggestions for things to do in the city. We received wonderful advice. Although I am unable to recall the name of the gentleman who assisted us, he took the time to mark out all the places we should visit on a map. Additionally, for our anniversary, we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely gift of wine and chocolates. Thank you! 🙏🏼 Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. While there were some minor problems with the water heater, they were promptly addressed.
During our recent trip to Barcelona, my partner and I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the Poblenou area. I have to say, our experience was absolutely fantastic. From the stylish interior design to the exceptional quality of service at the on-site restaurant, we were blown away. We are already planning to return and will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Barcelona. Without a doubt, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
