Our weekend in Barcelona was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel we stayed at was beyond amazing, with exceptional service from all the staff members, especially Joan who went above and beyond for us. We would definitely consider returning here for future trips. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation via tram or metro, and the surrounding area was not too chaotic, making it pleasant to walk around. Plus, the beach was just a straight walk from the hotel, making it a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
I had a very warm welcome at this hotel! The 25th floor lounge served complimentary drinks and food, which was a great perk. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a stunning view included. Our room on the 22nd floor also had an incredible view. Although the hotel's location may not have been the best, the hospitality of the staff more than made up for it. Thank you!
Our recent stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff. Although the location is slightly outside the city, we didn't mind the walk and the nearby public transportation made it easy to get around. Our room, the level grand premium city view, was very nice. However, we unfortunately had some noise disturbances from a neighboring toddler who could be heard laughing and crying constantly. Additionally, there was another room on our floor playing music late at night and returning to their room in the early hours of the morning. While we understand that this is not the fault of the hotel, we expected better soundproofing in a five-star establishment.
My 6-night experience was absolutely incredible! The hotel was top-notch and our room, a junior suite, was beyond fantastic. It had two showers, two sinks, and even a bathtub! Not to mention, counting the shower in the bath and the rain showers, there were a total of five! I highly recommend staying at this hotel, known as "The Level", as the entire experience was out of this world. They even offered a cocktail hour and a half, along with delicious snacks available all day. One of my favorites was the ham quiche, it was heavenly. Emma, the check-in agent, was incredibly attentive and ensured we had the best stay possible. She was always quick to assist us with anything we needed. Thank you once again, Emma. I cannot wait to come back and plan my next trip to this remarkable hotel. Sincerely, Dan and Des.
During our trip to Barcelona from January 7-12, 2024, my friend and I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. While I had a Junior Suite, my friend had a regular room on the 11th floor. The hotel offers a premium experience called "The Level" which I highly recommend, especially for the lounge access. The hotel staff, specifically Antonio, was extremely helpful with organizing tours, providing information and making dinner reservations. The breakfast at the hotel was phenomenal and reminded me of being on a luxurious cruise ship. The spread included made-to-order eggs, a variety of meats, pastries, fresh juices, and fruits. The room itself was clean, however, there were some minor imperfections on the flooring and walls. The shower, on the other hand, was a double rain shower with a double hand-held nozzle. The provided toiletries were of good quality, and the bath towels were generously sized. Additionally, the Junior Suite also came with bathrobes. Housekeeping services were provided daily and we were given two complimentary bottles of water. The mini-fridge and snacks, however, came at an additional cost. Each room also has a safe for valuables. The only downside for me was the slow drainage of the bathroom sinks, which unfortunately could not be fixed during my stay despite my efforts through Antonio. The hotel restaurant had a decent selection of dishes, and the bartenders, particularly Pablo and Andrea, were exceptional. They were friendly and went out of their way to make new drinks for us. The Level is located on the 25th floor, and serves as the designated check-in and check-out area, as well as the lounge for guests. During operating hours, they offer Cava, Wine, and beer, but from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., they also have a self-service bar for liquor. The food options included sandwiches, meats, cheeses, pastries, sodas, and nuts. Overall, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation, but I am not entirely convinced that the surcharge for The Level experience was worth it for a five-day stay.
