Silken Sant Gervasi

This hotel provided a very quality stay. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit, and the breakfasts were delicious. Our room had a view of the inner courtyard which was very tranquil. The curtains were thick and kept out the daylight effectively. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly large, even including a bathtub. The added bonus of a mini fridge in the room was a great touch. It was also conveniently located near a metro station, just a few steps away. I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Barcelona in the future.

I booked a comfort room but when I arrived at the hotel late in the evening (around 11pm), the reception referred to a room that was apparently a standard one. Upon arrival in the room, the quality of it was extremely disappointing. The reception acknowledged that the type of room did not match up with the booking but no alternative was available. The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood.

Plus the breakfast was good, with lots of options. The only issue I had was that the hotel was a bit far from the old city center but manageable. In overall, this hotel is great value for its cost and I would stay there again!

Nice view from the seventh floor but it was quite noisy too. Bed is comfortable but the room lacks of many things (no conditioner, soap, ...). Service was good, staff helpful and polite. Breakfast was good but the bar is really expensive. In conclusion, for the price, it is OK but don't expect to find five stars facilities. We stayed two nights and it served its purpose without any further disappointment.

The room was clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were of high quality. The view from the room was lovely. The staff were polite and helpful, especially at the reception desk. The concierge was very helpful in providing local information and advice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area.

This hotel was fantastic! I had an excellent stay and cannot say enough positive things about it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who was quick to answer all my queries and offer assistance. My room was spotless and well-furnished and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high quality linen and towels. The view from the window was stunning. The breakfast staff were happy to help and the restaurant staff were really polite and provided a quick service. The concierge was really knowledgeable of the city and gave me lots of great recommendations for local activities and dining. Highly recommend Silken Sant Gervasi for a great stay.
