Nestled within the dazzling Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona, the AÜRT restaurant is an unrivalled culinary escapade, driven by the ambition to reinvent gastronomy with boldness and finesse.

The AÜRT experience: sourced products and great creativity

Right from the start, Aurt welcomes its guests into a world where every detail is designed to awaken the senses. The mushroom consommé opens the ball, closely followed by creations such as cuttlefish tartare and sea bass with kefir butter and almonds, revealing the sea in all its splendour. Escarole with anchovies and pistachio, and Ganxet beans in pil-pil with a piparra pepper mole, illustrate the chef's commitment to authentic, bold flavours. Here, traceability of local ingredients and knowledge of their producers are paramount. The menu and explanations allow you to source each dish... We love it!

Each dish on the tasting menu, priced at €145 including tax, is an ode to the richness of local produce, enhanced by impeccable technique and boundless creativity.

The selection of wines (€70, tax included) is carefully chosen to accompany this odyssey of taste, promising perfect harmony between food and drink.

As you can see, Aurt offers an enveloping culinary experience, where every mouthful tells a story and every dish is a discovery. From the starter with bread and olive oil, the hallmark of the house's hospitality, to the climax with innovative desserts such as kefir and citrus ice cream, Aurt invites you on a journey where tradition and innovation meet to create something exceptionally beautiful and tasty.

@Dan
Hello Dan! Yes, the T-casual ticket (which allows 10 journeys) is NOT a multi-person ticket. It is valid for one person only, meaning it cannot be shared between two travelers. Each person would need their own T-casual ticket. If you want a multi-person option, you should go for the T-usual (unlimited travel for 30 days, personal) or the T-grup (70 journeys for multiple users). Let me know if you need more details!

@John
Hello John, Yes, you can board the Aerobus A2 at Plaça Universitat before it reaches Plaça Catalunya to head to the airport. The Aerobus service (line A2) is specifically designed to connect the city center with Barcelona-El Prat Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) efficiently. At Plaça Universitat, there is a designated Aerobus stop, so you can get on the bus there. Just make sure you are at the correct stop for the A2 line if you're heading to Terminal 2. If you’d like to check the route, schedule, and ticket information, you can visit this same page for Aerobus tickets. Let me know if you need more help planning your trip!

@alan
Hello alan, The closest Aerobús stop to Barcelona’s cruise port is Plaça Espanya. From there: Take the green metro line (L3) toward "Zona Universitària" and get off at Drassanes (two stops). Walk about 15 minutes to the World Trade Center (WTC). At the WTC, you’ll find a shuttle called the Cruise Bus that runs directly to the cruise terminals. The cost is approximately €4.50 round-trip. Best,
