May I kindly ask you to guide me to the ADRESS (telephone and email) of the watches store (Festina watches) located in the ground floor and in the same floor of the Prime Mark as I forgot the title of the store after returning back to my home.

Je recommande de visiter ce centre commercial de Barcelone pour du shopping, il y a pleins de boutiques, la pluspart des grandes marques pour hommes et femmes. Et pour manger il y a des tonnes de restaurants au dernier etage.

La que ha escrito el comentario del problema con el papel de envolver, te recomiendo que la proxima compres un rollito que vale muy poquito y te lo envuelvas en casa....

Es mastodontico e impersonal.
Tratan a la gente como ovejas en vez de como personas.
El otro dia, fui a hacer unas compras por Navidad, En su publicidad pone a bombo y platillo que "gratis" te envuelven los regalos.
Pues bien, con la escusa, en casi ninguna tienda los emvuelven, te envian al servicio de envolver regalos ....
... que tiene solo 1 o dos personas envolviendo ... pero claro, como ya has comprado y has pagado, que mas da ...
1:46 MIN DE COLA PARA QUE ME ENVOLVIERAN LOS REGALOS ...
Lo mejor de todo fue la respuesta cuando les propuse que si dejaban material papel y celo, me lo envolvia yo mismo ... ME DIJERON QUE NO ME PODIAN DEJAR PAPEL Y CELO PARA ENVOLVER, QUE LA DIRECTORA DEL CENTRO NO LO PERMITIA .. NO SEA QUE SE GASTARA MUCHO PAPEL, AL NO SER UN EMVOLVEDOR PROFESIONAL ... pero bueno, ya se sabe COMO YA HABIA PAGADO, PASO DE DAR SERVICIO
Y el caso es que dio la casualidad que paso la directora por hay, y tan mal se sintieron las que envolvian al darme largas, que me dijeron que ella era la que decidia ... asi que yo resuelto fui a preguntarle por que no ponian a mas gente, o por que no dejaban que nos envolvieramos nosotros los regalos para evitar 1:45 min de cola ... y que me respondio ...

MIRA, ESTO ES UN SERVICIO GRATUITO QUE SI QUIERES LO UTILIZAS Y SI NO, PUEDES MARCHARTE.
ESTAMOS EN CRISIS Y NO PONDRE A MAS PERSONAL, A SI QUE TE TENDRAS QUE AGUANTAR.

Pues mira, em CC GLORIES te envuelven los regalos gratis sin echartelo en cara,, y sin tener que esperar casi 2 h, y te tratan bien.
NO SOMOS OVEJAS, Y AUNQUE HALLAMOS PAGADO YA, SEGUIMOS SIENDO CLIENTES Y TENEMOS DERECHO A LOS SERVCIOS QUE SE NOS HAN OFERTADO.
Yo no vuelvo mas.
