    La Carioca - Barcelona

The bread may well be replaced with tapioca pancakes. This is the secret of La Carioca the first tapioqueria in Europe!

A carioca is a native of Rio. There, the virtues of tapioca - that starch produced from cassava roots - is well known. It is even one of the bases of Brazilian cuisine.
Gluten free, perfect for vegetarians tapioca is used at La Carioca in the form of sweet or savory pancakes with thousand of Brazilian flavors. We discover a pancake with meat, tomato and banana (€ 6), or a pancake with chicken, corn and mango (€ 6). Burgers, smoothies, juices, açaí, caipirinhas are also on the menu of this tropical trip.

Great for brunch ..

@John
Hello John, Yes, you can board the Aerobus A2 at Plaça Universitat before it reaches Plaça Catalunya to head to the airport. The Aerobus service (line A2) is specifically designed to connect the city center with Barcelona-El Prat Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) efficiently. At Plaça Universitat, there is a designated Aerobus stop, so you can get on the bus there. Just make sure you are at the correct stop for the A2 line if you're heading to Terminal 2. If you’d like to check the route, schedule, and ticket information, you can visit this same page for Aerobus tickets. Let me know if you need more help planning your trip!

@alan
Hello alan, The closest Aerobús stop to Barcelona’s cruise port is Plaça Espanya. From there: Take the green metro line (L3) toward "Zona Universitària" and get off at Drassanes (two stops). Walk about 15 minutes to the World Trade Center (WTC). At the WTC, you’ll find a shuttle called the Cruise Bus that runs directly to the cruise terminals. The cost is approximately €4.50 round-trip. Best,
