Please go to: The Groundforce office for delayed baggage is located in Terminal 1, near the baggage claim area. Once you enter the arrivals hall, follow signs for "Baggage Claim" and "Lost & Found." It’s advisable to check the operating hours in advance, as they may vary depending on the day. If you have any trouble finding the office, airport staff can help direct you to the right location.
