What time is the mass at the Sagrada Família?

The Sagrada Família celebrates a mass every Sunday morning at 9 am. This weekly mass, held in several languages, is open to all and free of charge.
As places are limited, it is advisable to come to the entrance of the Basilica - Nativity facade (Carrer de la Marina) - from 8:30 a.m. until the capacity is reached.

It is an international mass because the service, which lasts one hour, is held in several languages:

  • Admission is free, but seating is limited. Therefore, it is advisable to come to the entrance of the Basilica - front of the Nativity (Carrer de la Marina) - from 8:30 a.m., until the capacity is reached.
  • The Archdiocese of Barcelona asks visitors to dress appropriately for the worship and to behave in a respectful manner.
  • Throughout the year, the Sagrada Familia hosts extraordinary masses such as for Christmas and other religious holidays. 
  • For some of these masses, admission is by invitation only.
  • Finally, some masses are broadcast live online.
