The room I stayed in was very cramped, making it difficult to move around. The safe in the room was barely big enough for two passports. As a business traveler, I was disappointed that the gym did not open until 9am and was quite basic. To make matters worse, room service was not available and when I inquired about it, I was rudely told it was an "external service". Despite this, it still did not arrive and I was forced to go out and find a restaurant at 11pm. Overall, this was a subpar experience and I only give it a 2 out of 5 because the shower was decent. I would advise avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Promise: when making the reservation I was told that, as a Gold member, my room would be upgraded to a superior one with a nice city view. Reality: the "superior" room turned out to be very small, with a view of the wall of another building 🙈 I asked for a different room and was given one on the second floor, even though there were still vacant rooms on other floors. The floors were also very dirty. Why can a 2* hotel deliver such good service, but a 4* one can't even deliver what is promised? No wonder this hotel has a 4.2 rating. Furthermore, the hotel manager, Maria, was completely indifferent and the reception supervisor, Mimi, was downright rude. When checking out, I was asked to pay for the champagne that I had already paid for when making the reservation, making me feel embarrassed in front of my friend. THIS HOTEL AND TEAM ARE SIMPLY APPALLING!
Avoid this establishment at all cost. The staff were unbelievably impolite and unaccomodating. Furthermore, even the most basic amenities such as extra pillows have to be collected from the reception desk. The rooms are not only minuscule but also disgustingly unclean. It was definitely an error choosing to stay here.
This hotel was conveniently located, with parking only 50m away. The staff were young and friendly, doing their best to help. The room was quite but a bit small, and the bathroom+toilet area was almost as big. However, the best part was the Nespresso coffee machine in the room, perfect for a morning pick-me-up. All in all, a pleasant stay.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room had a comfortable bed and private bathroom, along with a TV and WiFi. Everything was reasonably priced, and the staff were inviting, quick and could speak multiple languages. It's within walking distance of a subway station, making it an ideal spot to stay for a few days.
